PLEASE SO NOT MOVE IN HERE. IT IS VERY CHEEP BUT NOT WORTH IT. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND ONCE YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE MORE. DO NOT BE FOOLED. SCARY. I WAS ROBBED, MUGGED AND HAD TO THROW THE BEER CANS AWAY WHEN PEOPLE PARTIED IN THE HALL. CAN USE THE POOL. THEY DONT HAVE STAFF TO CLEAN IT OR MONITOR IT. DO NOT TAKE THE ELEVATOR. YOU WILL NOT COME OUT. DO NOT LIVE ON THE 1ST FLOOR. PEOPLE WILL BREAK IN. I REPEAT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE INSTEAD OF THESE SLUMS.
FOX RUN SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING SLUM LORDS!

I live at Fox Run. This is the second time I have done so. I lived up stairs the 1st time. True the elevators get suck and don't work all the time, but unless your handicap what is 20 extra steps. The rent is VERY reasonable for the area. While yes the grounds aren't always kept clean of debris and dog poop, most of us who live here work hard and play hard and somethimes we party too hard. Don't shoot us down for living it up. I would say that most of us who live here aren't living here because Fox Run has a fantastic pool, dishwasher, ceiling fans, central air, tennis courts, updated appliances or any other fancy amenity. Most of us live because Fox Run was the ONLY place who would take us for our bad credit, banruptcy, poor job history, bad rental history, criminal back-ground, or other defincy that we had. I have to say that since I have moved back(and now reside on the ground floor) there have been loud parties next door, beer bottles in the hall, dog poop smeared on the window of the main door, and no parking on a Saturday night. However in spite of all that I live with hard working, respectable people who may or may not be down on their luck but we all call Fox Run home. We raise enjoy our spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, our cinder block walls that act as buffers to our neighbors, and the tolerance for all walks of life what ever that lifestyle may be. So if you want fancy stuff and nosey neighbors then by all means don't live at Fox Run, but if your just an average Joe who wants to come and go with out the neighbors complaining about his damn radio then come on over!
