This place was terrible! Our next door neighbor had cockroaches which started coming over to our apartment. We had a small child and these stupid bugs were everywhere. Do you think the landlord told us about it or did anything to get rid of them' Nope! We had replace our padio door handle 5 times!!! It kept braking and the landlord kept putting cheap handles on so we went out and bought our own. The carpet was filthy! The banaster broke, we had no water pressure. The stove was terrbile. Don't move there! Yes, it's a cheap place, but you get what you pay for. Save yourself the hassle!
