Management keeps grounds clean and beautiful. This complex has the feeling of summer cottages. There are trees everywhere and lush lawns. You can even plant flowers if no other tenents have. You will find the apartment itself clean, well maintained, and bright. The apartments are small but the space you do have is very workable space. The floor plans waste no square feet and seem more spacious than they should. Managment and maintenance people are all very nice people and are always willing to help. There is also a pool with a lifegaurd for the summer. One last note: there are also townhomes available which are considerably larger than the apartments.
