Parkshore is still a good apartment bargain in the tri city area. Recently Parkshore was acquired from Dell Corp. by Banner Management. Recent property upgrades have included; new windows, central air conditioning and a washer/dryer combination in each apartment. The staff at Parkshore are great, any problems I have are taken care of the day I report them. Most of the apartments are suited for single people, although the townhomes would be adequate for small families. Parking problems have been an issue for me, not enough available parking in front of my building. And parking is not designated.
