When we came to Park Shore, it was a lovely place - calm, near the river, friendly stuff, a dream ... for not as high price. The stuff was and is very friendly. The apartment was nicely prepared for us.

This year the owner was changed and a series of 'improvents' was performed. They've built gates near the trash cans, paved the pavement, which was anyhow nice (leaving a big gap near the entrance), moved the washer and dryers in the apartments (destroying the sound isolation between apartments so I can hear what my neighbours do) and put the A/C inside our apartments (these A/C are less powerful, than the usual conditioner, but cost more). Each day we were awaken by the knocking at 8am (we work in the second half of the day), then people entered our apartment as they, not we live there... Nightmare. Now they raised price for all this hmmm... improvements.
