At first this seemed like a lovely little cost effective place to live, since I'm not home much and therefore do not require a number of luxurious amentities. However, I later found that the old saying 'you get what you pay for' really rings true in this case. management is virtually unrepsonsive when faced with a situation that requires more than a screwdriver. The grounds are unkempt and the area is therfore rife with bugs, rodents and wildlife. And, the parking lot floods when it rains to the point that it gets in your car when it reaches the bottom of your door. Although the inside of the apartment is okay - new refridgerators, washer/dryers, garbage disposals and whotnot - the grounds and the lack of attention to basic living conditions in and around the outside vestiblue areas makes this a really disgusting place to live in the warmer months.

It strikes me that this person's spelling is as accurate as their appraisal of Park Shore.
