This is a nice place. Granted, the buildings are older and you can hear your neighbors pretty well. However, it's a nice, quiet location, right on the Fox River. Our unit had a view of the neighboring park and bordering trees, and of the river. Service calls were tended to promptly, and every effort to fix the problem was always made. The management is friendly and helpful, and so is the maintenance staff. A good deal for the rent. From my perspective, I give it a definite thumbs up!
