I was shocked to see there are any negative ratings for Parkshore apartments on here! I have lived here for a little over two years-and love the place. I have never had any maintenance issues that did not get resolved. The staff is always helpful. (Example: I moved here from out of state and didn t know any one. Last summer I broke my foot and was stuck at home. The staff came over and picked up my rent check, got my other mail off to the post office, and offered to get me some groceries) MY NEIGHBORS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL! The rent might seem a little high, but tenants have the luxury of having most utility included in there rent.

I have been extremely happy at this apartment complex. I am only moving to be closer to a new job. I am little afraid that my new apartment will not live up to my standards, after living at Parkshore.
