My husband and I have lived in Saint Charles Place apartments for the last 18 months. They were sold to new owners in February of last year. Since that time the quality of the apartments have gone way down hill. First of all the stair wells are always dirty and smelly. Our apartment connects to the laundry room, people throw their personal trash in there all the time. Once we found opened bottles of Captain Morgan in the trash. We have found marajuana pipes in the dryers. The noise is horrible. Our neighbors have a dog that barks non stop and the owners let go to the bathroom all over the front yard and it never gets cleaned up. Our car has been broken in to twice in the last month. We talked to the girl in the office but she doesn't speak very good english. We are on the first floor and the light in our hallway has been out for 5 weeks. We have asked numberous times to have it fixed but as to date it is still out. WHATEVER YOU DO--DON'T MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!

I believe the review written by cassady0706 and I lived in the same building, but not through the same doorway as I could hear that dog all the time and I seen the potheads numerous times smoking outside the back door and in your laundry room!
