If I had only known that there is only ONE water heater to an entire building of 6 units I would have never moved here. There is also an abundance of drunk -------- roaming around also. So if this is your fancy....move on in ;)

This person sounds really uptight. Yes, there are some issues with one building, but the water heater issue has never been so bad that it would make me move out. It's just something that has to be expected. Heck, these buildings were built in the late 1960's early 1970's. I've lived in town my whole life.

I agree, this place sucks, bad!! Although, I do love to scald my flesh in the shower!A**Holes, you think Shodeen would have better properties with all that money!
