Having just moved to Illinois from Michigan we were a little sticker shocked over housing prices in this area. Wessel Court is a good value for the area that it is in. The area has many things to offer very convient to get to. The apartment is well laid out but does lack in that 6 units do share the same hot water heater and shower time can be a little intense when anyone in the unit uses the water. The lack of a washer and dryer in each unit is a pain as you fight over one washer and one dryer with the rest of the six units.
