The apt. we have is not very big to begin with, about 850 sq. ft. We had a baby and there went our space! Our living room has a Tv, sofa, playpen, and baby swing. The bassinet in the bedroom barely fits between the bed and the wall. I have to climb, stretch and maneuver to change my sons diaper. Our lease is up in a few months so we tried to do an early buyout of the lease so we could get a bigger place to accommodate our growing family. NOT!!! They could care less that we had a baby!No congrats on the baby but"rules are rules". No compassion, no empathy, nothing!! Your only opton is to pay $2000 to break your lease or stay there. Well folks this is where court judgements come into play because we are out of this cold, heartless place!!! An by the way...don't count on taking a hot shower after a hard days work. Its 50/50 whether or not you'll have hot water. Could be because theres one water heater for 6 units!!! And prepare to get scalded if your neighbor flushes or turns on their water. Aren't there special pressure control valves for this' When we called the office to complain about this, they said we were the only ones complaining but yet when we talk to our neighbors personally they all said the same thing. Holes appear in the ceiling out of no where(right over our bed by the way). Cracks in the wall that appear out of no where!! Parking is horrible! Again its 50/50 whether you get to park near your unit or about half mile away(hopefully you don't have grocery when this happens. Lastly, whose idea was it to have a rear balcony thats accessible through the kids bedroom' And because of this the insulation is awful!!Our daughter spent most of her nights on the living room sofa because her room was so cold! And in regards to heat...the master bedroom would be about 85 degrees, the second bedroom about 50 degrees and the rest of the apt. some where in between! Go figure! Stay away if you can its absolutely not worth it. The property manager is evil, cold and heartless!!!
