This is not the worst of Saint Charles, but it is close! With one water heater for 6 apartments, you usually get lukewarm or scalding hot water! My lovely upstairs neighbors are so friendly and quiet that I dont even notice them, except for every day with music blaring, people in and out, dumping their beers on our patio furniture, waking our son up, etc. And don't forget about the little kids, whose parents are right there, trying to open peoples car doors and swearing up a storm. If you are trying to save money, or are a young couple with no kids, this place is great. I can't wait for our lease to be up!
