It´s great I love it !!!! The New Colonies is a very beautiful, clean and safe environment. I love the service, and the staff are very productive and kind. When I need something fixed I always get it done right away. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone. You will not go wrong.

RENTER BEWARE To call it one word a real dump.This place rents to low class trash people and kids with bad credit or no credit at all you can tell and i talked to some.Another tenant has a car that sounds more like a boat you can here it from western.Kids smoking drugs in hallways & always hanging
