Converted to Homeowner Community as of 6/2004 - Very nice. They are doing a lot of work to convert over to homeowner occupied. Several new owners will undoubtedly buy in order to lease it out themselves so this is for all future renters in the neighborhood.

shannon court is a horrible place to live the owners believe more in money than doing what they need to do the cops are there constantly and the fire alarm is always going off the doors are always broken so any one can walk in parking was horrible maintaince was good but people didnt care about

Don't move here Shannon Court was a horrible place to live! The police are there at least 3-4 times a week. The fire alarm goes off almost as much. The neighbors are horrible. They are either all fighting or beating their girlfirends/wives up. There was a stabbing in the parking lot last

Great Apartments! I love the construction of the apartments and the fact there's a pond on the property. It's quiet and there's no lights glaring in your window at night. Garages are great too. The old management took forever to fix something but with the new management I had problems
