Supposed to be quiet living - never happened. Noise at all hours (parties, screaming, loud music, junker cars, arguements, etc.) Manager never fixes anything. Cable company won't even run new wires for your hook-up if the old ones are bad because property owner has sued them so many times. My car was damaged. While car was getting fixed, my rental got broken into on the property. AVOID!!!
