Love it here! - My husband and I love it here! Everyone has pets and are really friendly. We have a cat and dog. Sycamore is a great town, although we don't like Dekalb, IL, we are far enough away from the violence. The owners are amazing; very nice and quick to respond to anything that needs fixing. AWESOME!! very nice place to live anything breaks or needs repaired they are on it they keep it very nice and up to date clear snow before it gets bad decent parking better for people that dont have small children sence its adult living familys with small children have a select few places to move

Nice place Best apartment complex I have ever rented before. The price is a little steep but you get what you pay for. The staff is nice and courteous and when i have something that needs to be fixed it is either fixed or replaced right away.

LOVE it here!! Have lived here for almost a year now and will definitely be renewing my lease. The office and maintenance staff are all so helpful and courteous! And the neighbors have been "neighborly" (coming from Chicago, it's a nice change).

2 BEDROOM IS WORTHLESS as we speak i'm sitting in one of my two bedrooms at oehlert rentals. Both neighbors have their stereos blasting and the insulation doesn't help the sound travel. rarely do i get a night of piece and quiet. i can even hear my neighbor snore through the wall.

ok but not so good repairs were not well done before we moved in and rent kepting going up while repairs sat in wait. washing machines brokedown often and rules were not enforced.

Rude White Trash lives here The new maint. person, Kevin, is the rudest drunkest person I have ever seen in control of repairs at an apt. complex.
He taunts people with disabilities and has his group of so called friends doing the same. He uses people to get what he wants and then makes fun
