I strongly do not recommend anyone moving here. I have had only problems. Mostly with the office staff. The office staff has been a continuous revolving door, and the current staff is truly incompetent. They don't generally have any idea of what is going on or how to resolve problems. I have called the police on my noisey party girl nieghbors a dozen times, and no action has been taken by the office staff.

The apartments are poorly constucted. The walls are very thin. I can hear everything my neighbors below and next to me do. I pity thoes who live on the bottom floor. The windows do not offer much insulation form the elements or noise. Bugs tend to be a problem. Wasps are especially a problem. If your neighbors smoke, you will be able to smell it.

These apartments are way overpriced for the area. Naperville offers same quality apartments for half the price. Keep looking.

On the upside, the maitnence staff is very friendly. If you bypass the office staff, maitnence is prompt.
