Yes the complex is nice. Yes it's clean and tidy, and ritzy and looks great. Once you move in, you'll realize the snow removal lacks, you'll have to walk blocks from your car to your house because neighbors guests from parties take up a lot of spaces. If you have a problem, don't waste your time with management. It's a loosing proposition. Drunk people wander the streets, people speed through the narrow streets like it's a raceway, kids play in the middle of streets (without parents near) and pop in and out of cars. Better live on the second floor because if you don't it'll sound like your neighbors are coming through the floor, the walls are so paper thin. I sneeze constantly because of the dust in the air ducts. Change an air filter' Ha! They don't!!
Take it from my mistake and don't move here.
You'll be wasting a lot of money. Go buy a house. You won't have all the crap, who knows your payments will be cheaper.
