the maintenence people hear are wonderful! but the only way to contact them is bypass the staff and call emergency services for everything. Noise is terrible. They let kids, motorcylclists, drunk people, wader the streets. If you have compliants, they will not get resolved with out going over thier heads and writing or calling the head office. They charge for gate cards, gates have only worked one day out of the year and a half that I have lived here. bug problems are terrible and they only have a pest guy come in every two weeks, so you better hope your pests hold off until the guy comes in. DO NOT LIVE HERE! the no-title reviews are always from the aprtment staff, check other reviews on other apartments, almost all no-titles are positive ad's. find an apartment in naperville for more room and a better price. This place is turning into a college party dorm.
