the reviewer who talked about the geese is right. i live in the middle by the pond and they poop everywhere. i don't really have any bad things to say except the rent is overpriced. the buildings are newer and in fairly good shape. i have had noisy neighbors but they were gone in a matter of weeks both times (kicked out'''). i am moving this fall to another apartment because they are raising the rent. when i can get a nice 2 bedroom down the street for less than a one bedroom at village green, i really don't have a choice. i have been there for 2 years and lived in a one and 2 bedroom apartments. i'm kind of upset that rents are going up, i really, really, really don't want to move. i love the area.

I agree rent is way to high at Village Green. They really need to review there rent scale.
