I have lived here for two years and I think that the apartments are very nice and have many quality features. But seriously the rent is outrageous. Oh and by the way you can negotiate the price. I have never given them what they were asking for. The parking is the most rediculous ever. I do like this place and I would recomend it as long as money is not an object.

So a mortgage will get you a fitness center, a outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, maintanence free living, landscapers, contrators to shovel your snow, and fun community parties????? Well, hell then, I need to know what mortgage company it is....because it ain't mine!!

You mean a broken hot tub, an un heated pool, walks where you take you life in your hands every time you step on them in the winter, and drunken parties till 1 am? Count me in! PS. You CAN buy a condo or an entry level townhouse for what some people are paying at this apt. The difference is all that "maintenance free" living you speak of is included in that too!
