I've lived at the Village Green Canera apartments and even did some work for them. This is a very poorly run organization, with a revolving door labor force, and are completely "prospect" driven. You might see some customer service and incentives to move in, but once you sign that lease the customer service stops. Life is wonderfull outside of Village Green Cantera, service, maint, activities, security, friendly people, rent that doesn't go up every year, better water, the list goes on and on and on.
