This place is terrible. It looks so nice on the outside, but as I've found in as little as one month, everything the staff ever told me was a lie. The pool is NOT heated, the hot tub is BROKEN, there is goose poop EVERYWHERE, parking is a BEAST, the neighbors will keep you up all night with their LOUD parties and POT smoking, no one picks up after their dogs, the air conditioner works only between 10:00am and 5:00pm, and the staff does NOTHING to help you out. However, if you do need to get a hold of them, I found the best way is to not pay rent. Of course, then they want to talk to you. Otherwise, prepare to leave countless messages and never receive a call back. On top of it all, rent is a JOKE. The town homes across the street cost less with nothing down.
