First know that the pool is NOT heated..the sauna and whirlpool are broke..there is no gated community..the apartments are ok..Our floor in our apartment is coming up and they do nothing about it. They claim to be fixing stuff, but it never happens. The workout room is a joke...I would look around first before going here..I have been searching on craigslist and you can find much better deals of nicer places. Also, on their craigslist ad they say that every apartment has a built in microwave if you do rent here bring that ad in when you come in and show them. Our apartment did not have a built in microwave and we had one put in when we moved in. They list on craigslist at least weekly. I would also inquire about pricing. Make sure you ask them about fixing stuff. A lot of what they advertise is false. Just be prepared to deal with these issues if you live here. Also, the staff not so nice. I had a friend come to the gym with me and they followed us around like we were going to steal something! They even watched us in the bathroom..very weird. Good luck...best part about this apt is the location and you can find lots of good locations in this area.

Dear Resident, I am very upset by your concerns and hope that going forward you will be much happier with your home. Please be aware that our pool is heated, and is very comfortable, I hope you will enjoy it at one of our many resident events. Also, our Sauna and Whirlpool are in working order. We are in the process of installing over-the-stove microwaves in every apartment at move-in and I am disappointed to hear that yours was not installed until after move-in, but I hope you are enjoying the convenience now.
