OK, so I am sure you have heard the radio advertisements on Georgetown common apt about their spacious one and two bedrooms and affordable rent. Well let me tell you my experience living their for a year.
There one bedroom apt are small!!!! No dishwasher, and no central air!!! Come on this is Illinois. Your "air" is a box air cond unit in the wall of the living room. Ours quit working and they never replaced it or fixed it.
They also say they have 24 hour maintance, well they don't. They have TWO maintance guy for the whole place. There rent prices are outragious!!! If you don't sign a lease and rent month to month, the rent is $695 for a ONE bedroom.
Also management is rude!!! They not helpful. We repeatly requested for management to come fix broken things in our apartment and their reply was rude and unproffessional.
