What a scam

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in Georgetown Commons for 1 year. I moved to the Peoria area and needed to find somewhere quick. The apartment was not the problem. The problem was the neighbors. Loud yelling in the wee hours of the morning and parties that go on forever. When I found a house and moved, I asked for a walk through on my apartment. They could not manage to make it to my apartment on two separate occasions. They said they would look it over when they got time and call me. They never called and I had to call twice to ask for my deposit check. When they sent the check and detailed report. They charged me for a missing toilet seat and discoloration between the glass panel on the sliding glass door. Even though I protested this insanity I never got my money back. Why would anyone take a toilet seat and how would I clean between sealed glass panels. I should have taken them to small claims court.
