Tall Oak Village Is a Joke - My fiance, my 18month old daughter and I have lived here for a little over a year. I was really great at first. I was a stay at home mother becausse we couldn't afford daycare. Well a few moths ago I got a job and reported it to the office. Our rent has now jacked up from $254 to $600. Love love love it!!!! This is by far the nicest place I have ever lived in. Our landlord is the best which is a big thing for me my past landlords have been rude and don't take care of anything. The apartment is huge! My closet could be another bedroom! They allow almost any pet which is a huge

So far so good I have lived at georgetown for the last 6 months and have had a very good experience so far. My apartment is pretty big and I can always find parking, even late at night. Poperty is pretty quiet and maintenance has taken care of the few problems I've had very quickly.

Dont live here Horrible Place To Live. The Trailer Park Trash of Washington Live Here. Burglaries- Robberies- Assualts- Guns Found on Property- Drug Dealings Have all happened here recently.

Nice Place to Stay I rented at Georgetown Commons for about a year and a half. I was very pleased in the way the staff made sure everything was working correctly at my apartment. It was always warm and I never had any pests to worry about. If I had any problems, I would just let them know
