BROOKSTONE APARTMENTS FORMERLY HICKORY TERRACE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I am a new renter and have nothing but issues from day 1. There was murder on the 1st floor of our building and we were never notified by the apartment manager or staff or anyone. The murder happened less than 1 month before we moved in. I found out from a CoWorker The DAY WE MOVED IN!!!!!!! They have been doing renovation on our building for 3 months they said only 1 month. Hey Free 1 month Rent DO NOT BUY INTO IT!!!!!!!!!! Had to fight with apartment staff for new air conditioner, Shoddy work on our apartment renovation I have no experience and could of done a better Job!!! Unclean and UNEXCEPTABLE living enviroment. The maintance crew is wonderful always prompt and friendly they said because we pay our rent on time. Avoid the 1st floor suppect bugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
