Its okay - First of all its called "Lake at Fountain Square Apartments". Decent apartment nothing extraordinary and good enough for a comfortable living. Railway track is nearby so you do hear the noise at night and vibrations if the building is near to it (like mine). Love it - I have lived here for 7 years and I LOVE IT. Aimee and the staff are fantastic! If there is a maintenance problem, it's taken care of almost immediately. Random Apartment Checks and many Rules Rules are nice.. but when they interfere with comfortable living it is hard! Snow removal is not too great either (MAKE SURE YOU OWN A SHOVEL!) Random apartment checks become annoying because they are so frequent and YES housekeeping IS something they look at!

Could be better I rented a studio. Like everyone said, there's good closet space and they keep it clean. The problem is there isn't enough parking spaces for everyone so some people have to park on the street and there's always the chance of getting a ticket.
