The apartments are old and there is not enough staff to keep up with all the maintenance needs of the complex. Cockroaches are bad, and the residents leave trash all over the stairways and front grounds. Loud music can be heard from different apartments. People always take my parking spot. Visitor parking is almost impossible. This place needs to be updated! Walls are painted over so many times, bathroom tiles are cracked, there is a water leak that created a small soft spot from the apartment upstairs, and the carpets aren't really cleaned, just masked until you move in!
