The roaches greet you at the door. The dumpsters overflow. Washer & dry are "available" but never seem to work. Pool and workout room are "available" but never seem to be open. Hall ways are unkept and filthy. Grounds are always in need of trash pick up but look nice from the highway. When exiting apartment complex hope you don't have to make a left turn, since crossing four lanes of rush hour traffic can be an adventure.
