I moved in recently and all i can say is WOW. I think the only half way decent part is the parking. The manager told us all lies to get us to move in and said he would fix problems, but he never did. The hall ways are never cleaned and there is stuff spilled in the hall way that has been there for the last week. There are lights hanging off at the front door with all the wires exposed, that can KILL a kid if they touched it. There are many stairs loose which caused my mother sister and wife to trip over and almost fall down. My AC doesn't work, it is frozen solid and the manager says if it has ice on it it must be blowing cold air. that's just a small part of the problems with the ac. What makes it worse is that he knows I'm a HVAC tech and I'm not stupid, that is a severe problem. My sliding glass door didn't even have a lock, i had to go out and buy a new handle for it. Plus it takes 5 minutes to close it because it is in such bad shape. Their intelligent (retarded) service tech tried to fix the broken seal on the door by putting tape over it and painting it brown to make it look like part of the door. All the screens have holes on the and with a broken ac i cant even open the windows. When i moved in i went to cook dinner and what do you know, stove doesn't work. I had to pull out the stove, hook up the gas line, and light all the pilots. That should have been before we moved in. I can hear the music from the first floor and I'm on the third. The dumpster is nasty, chicken feet and other nasty decaying food all over the ground. Bottom line is this place is the worst, that's what i get for trying to save money to buy a house. The management is horrible, he didn't even know how much our rent was going to be. He is the most incompetent person i have ever meet. He hasn't even givin me my lease paperwork yet. The service/maintenance guys don't know what there doing, my 5 year old daughter could do a better job. DO NOT MOVE HERE, PLEASE DON'T DO IT, YOU DON'T DESERVE IT
