Ahahaha. Gee, I wonder if a staff member wrote this. Having been a former tenant, I have a hard time believing that a tenant actually feels this way. Great grammar and syntax, by the way. Did you know that you're actually supposed to capitalize the first letter of every sentence? Oh well. Minor details, right? Like leaks, parking problems, noise pollution, and lots of upset tenants. I guess the mantra is "just ignore them and eventually they'll go away." Carelessness abounds.
