Pleasant Experience - I lived at Brook Hill the past two years and had no problems with the complex, neighbors or office staff. The apartments were clean and the appliances new. The only issue I had toward the end was a neighbor's AC hosing leaking and caused water damage to the ceiling. Otherwise, the complex was quiet and clean. Changing complex-get what you pay for - For the western suburbs, this is one of the cheapest apts in the area. Yes, heat is included, and apts look newer, but all negative feedback you hear is true. THINK ABOUT WHAT YOUR DOING!!!!!!!!!!! The painting is terrible, people leave there garbage on there patio. Kids and teenagers are extremely loud in the parking lot. You can also here neighbors behind you bumping and making noise. I??m not sure if there lowering the rent but there being more

Nice place to live I have live at the ponds for ten years, The grounds are well kept with ducks to watch in the ponds. It is close to shopping and transportation and their is plenty of parking
