Apartments are very nice. Compared to others I have looked at in the area they seem huge. Love the walk in closet off the bedroom. It?s so big you could put a car in there. Having a full sized washer and dryer right in the apartment is a big plus as well.



Neighbors are very quite. Hardly ever hear them and people pretty much keep to themselves. Construction quality is acceptable, but nothing special.



Apartment was spotless when I moved in, and they had replaced the carpet throughout and the tile in the kitchen and bathroom.



Maintenance if fairly good at taking care of simple issues. If you have a major issue (like I did) or something that?s going to take some work to resolve, god help you. The staff in the leasing office pretty well doesn?t care once they?ve got you locked into a lease. They are incredibly painful to deal with!



Still trying to decide what I?m going to do when my lease is up. I love the area and the apartment itself. But I?ve about had it with AMLI. I don?t know how they stay in business with the way they treat their residents!

Edit 3/11/04-Amli must pay attention to this site. Seem to have some new staff now in the leasing office. They have been extremely helpful lateley. They are also painting all the common areas and re-landscaping the property. Along with fixing some minor things that have needed fixing for a long time. Maintenance has been going out of their way to be helpful.

Very pleased with the seeming change in attitude. Hope it keeps up!!
