My family lived here while we found a home for a year in 1996-97. It was brand new and spacious like a home. Management was awesome, especially with the kids. My daughter met her best friend of 8 years and they are now planning their wedding together. It is close to stores and recreation, good for teens. Later, we moved to Arrowhead and continue to enjoy our life. One negative is that if your children go to school and live here, be prepared for the snobby school staff and parents to refer to your kids as the "apartment children" and to be excluded from conversations with the staff. We paid $1400/month. That is more than their mortgage. It is funny that now that we are in Arrowhead, they talk to us.

Anyway, it is a wonderful place to live.
