My husband and I enjoyed every moment of every day that we lived at AMLI at Danada Farms! We felt like we got a great monthly rate, relative to the average cost of living in Wheaton. Although we had to pay all our own utilities, the energy saving appliances within the apartment helped keep our monthly bills to a minimum! Any time we needed a maintenance repair--a broken garbage disposal and a bathtub that was backing up--they were there promptly to replace the disposal and unclog the bathtub, with no extra charges to us! We were always impressed with the friendly office staff. Our neighbors were kind and pleasant to interact with. We were on the first floor and aside from occasional footsteps above, we never heard any noises from other apartments and we even lived in a pet-friendly building (although we didn't own any pets ourselves). Everything was always clean--our apartment was so clean, carpet looked brand new, all appliances shiny and clean when we moved in! We got our security deposit back promtly, no problem, when we moved out! All of the ammenities were wonderful--from the two great fitness centers and two different swimming pools to having your own washer and dreyer right in your own apartment home! I wish we had never had to move out when our lease was up, but we needed to re-locate due to a job transfer. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

How come you enjoyed it so much and the others hated it? This seems strange how two people living in the same complex can have TOTALLY opposite experiences.
