Kids can not ride bikes/skates/scoters, so if you have kids this is not the place for you.
The pool look cool, but nobody clean it or control it. Volleyball player swim full of sand so the water is all dirty
There is dog sh. in the grass so kids can not play there either
It took us two year to get the air conditioner fixed
Now moving out they took my security deposit and are asking me to pay $430, in 6 years 6 months the apartment was never painted never re-carpeted. Just Minimal maintenance.
So for the same money better to rent a townhouse or buy one, the market is great for that now.

I have phone 2 times, sent 5 e-mails and I do not have the answer of What means "prorated for 3 of 5 year life" ? PS> The letter came with no contact name , with no date and 14 days to pay or collection agency and major credit bureaus will be reported, just because I am latino. |
