Crappy construction

This place is not child-friendly. They don't shovel the sidewalks that lead to the school bus stop, so the kids have to climb over a mountain of snow to get to the bus. Some tenants speed through the parking lot at top speed, because there are no speed bumps. They hardly ever shovel the sidewalks that connect the buildings, so folks who work out at the gym trudge through the snow. The building construction is shoddy. There is absolutely no insulation in the bedrooms at the corners of the buildings, so have a down blanket and a space heater if you get one of those. The kitchen appliances are as cheap as possible and the kitchen drawers regularly come apart at the seams. The apartment walls are painted an industrial, depressing shade of yellowish-white. Oh, and if you think living near the swimming pool sounds like fun, they don't care if some tenants are loudly partying in the pool until 2 A.M., even though the sign says "pool closes at 10 P.M.," because no one locks it. Also, when they filled the pool up in the spring, they left the pool gate wide open for two days, and I constantly had to make sure my kids didn't go in there while they were playing outside.
