Have lived here for several years, and had no major issues whatsoever. Everything is laid out in the lease, and they keep to those rules strictly, but you know what you are getting, so you shouldn't complain.
Maintenance staff are absolutely superb and any urgent calls are dealt with immediately.
The location is superb, with many shops in walking distance and the Danada trails near-by.
The only minor irritation is that the office staff seem reticent in contacting you other than through the newsletter, so our latest price increase came as a shock.
Totally recommend these apartments.
