Lived at this Amli apartment complex for almost two years. A pleasant experience with not much to complain about. Move-out descision is based mostly on money. We were slightly diapointed when we first moved in like most apartments the office area and showcase apartments were in a lot better condition than the unit we moved into. Staff in office seem good, the manager always remembered my first name. The rest of the staff still seem procupied with SELLING/LEASING new apartments rather than helping us, but we never had to ask much of them anyway... Sometimes the staff seem anoyed if you want them to go over something (like move-out papers) with you. The bedroom area is very permiable (smell wise) and we could smell what others were cooking in the apartment below. This was only a problem when they cooked some sort of garlic sausage thing. As for our move-out... rent just kind of skyrocketed for Amli Danada Farms this year. We'd end up spending just under $1000 for a one bedroom. Our Chicago living friends told us that was really too much. Hence the move-out. Just remember that there's a $1800 60-Day move out penalty if you don't suply them notice in-writing (did that). We'll see what they are like to deal with for getting our damage deposit back (we're hopeful).
