I recently checked out a one bedroom/den unit and it was ok. I was actually surprised at the size of the apartment and was expecting something bigger considering it was the largest one bedroom they have (with the den). The balcony/patio is OK. The kitchen was a pass-through kitchen...the bathroom was really tiny. The den was great for an office but not ok if you plan to use it as a 2nd bedroom (for a small child, etc). The living was was tiny...some had fireplaces but IMO they took up valuable wall space. You walk right into the end of the dining room which is tight but at least they have one. The good stuff...the community looks fantastic. Well kept, very clean, in a great location...within walking distance to EVERYTHING ...literally. Very close to I88 and Butterfield Rd (53). They have optional garages but they are not attached to the building and are extra (double/shared =$85 a month). They are OK... the location and safety almost WON me over... and the overall look/feel of the apt is great. I was just expecting something larger. Oh, and the cabinets in the kitchen and bath are very old. Otherwise, it's not a bad deal. You could definitely find something larger and just as convenient nearby in Naperville (very close to the Lisle border). Anyhow, this place is ok....just thought I'd share my research info.
