The classic "be nice" and "have a nice clubhouse" worked to get me in here. I am totally out of here after 1 year. They jack up your rent after a year and do not take care of you at all. The gym equipment is sub par when you use it (not like a prospective renter is going to try it out). The worst part was the community manager. She was more than unhelpful on a number of occasions. I had repair problems reported 4 times and had to threaten to move out before anything was done for me.
