We moved here late 2007, place is okay nothing really special. The staff particularly on the accounting dep doesn't do her job. At least thrice I received notice for some amount that according to her book, I still owe. And after talking with the manager, I actually have credits on my account! Nice accounting.

Once a check was sent for a month's rent. She said she could hardly read the amount in numbers (but it was written clearly in words) and again she sent a notice. When I showed her the copy of my check I told her that she could have read the amount in words rather than sending me another notice. She said she has hundreds of check to look at that's why she didn't look at it. oh well, that's your job stop complaining!!! by the way, she sent a notice for termination of lease just for US$7.50!

We do not have much of issue earlier, lately there's a leasing personnel who lives on the same building as we are. And each week is like hell, there are lots of notice/complaints sent to us (noisy, loud television, even the smell of our food she complain!)....noisy- yeah probably because i have 2 kids but only on weekends since both of them are on bed by 7:30PM. loud television- probably at times but we are aware that we are living in an apartment and I know we are considerable enough...and the latest, the smell of food we cook! Maybe tomorrow even the sounds of my washer and dryer she will complain. I hope there's no requirement for the kind of perfume I could wear once in the hall way!

And the 60 day notice 2 months rent when you leave before the contract ends...whew! Can't wait to get out of here....

@jcakes- You shut up! I'd say what I wanna say coz anyway I am the one paying the rent...NOT YOU! And how sure are you that the food you eat does not stink?! or maybe you are stinky yourself duh...
