My leasing consultant was like she was reading a script....and not really too concerned about what I wanted. Good thing for her that I was only renting there because I needed a place to move in immediately that was close to my new job. The office staff is friendly, but sucks at trying to explain anything when you have an issue. I first talked to a blond who didn't seem to be confident in the ridiculous "amli rules" they have to enforce, so then I had to go to the leasing manager. She just kind of stares at you blankly and repeats herself and says sorry that she can't do anything else, even though they were able to bend the rules for one of my friends. The maintenance is timely and friendly, so at least they have that going for them. Amli spends alot of money in outside appearance and trying to get awards, and not enough on making their apartments quality (even for the age of them) and providing quality amenities. There are nicer complexes nearby that are more updated for about the same price. I thought I'd be renewing for another term, but I've just had too many issues and don't want to be wasting my money on sub-par apartments, so I have chosen to not renew my lease with them.
