We absolutely love it here. It's a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to every kind of shopping you'd ever need. We've met lots of friendly people walking their dogs and they have convenient dog waste cans with bags available at every turn (we rarely see a turd anywhere). The pools and work out rooms are really clean and tidy and never over crowded. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and we love our patio. The apartments have great closets and storage, including a pantry and nice cabinets in the kitchen, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit so if you're roommates it's a little more private. Also, we are on the second floor of a three floor unit and not once have we heard anyone through the walls or floor! We like the large trees outside our windows and we have ample parking outside our building. I've read these other reviews and it sounds like if you play by the rules and pay your rent, you're probably going to enjoy it here. I've always had friendly service from the staff and our leasing specialist greets us by name when we go to the office. If you want a lot of convenient amenities in your apartment, a great family friendly neighborhood, love to shop, and cook (Dominicks and Whole Foods grocery stores within walking distance!) then this is a great place for you! Just wait til you have one set back, they will throw you to the curb and spit on you. The office staff stinks. Can't wait til my lease is up!!!!!
