Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I lived in a 1-bdrm, upstairs fireplace apt. in the 1710 Building. My employer, the Fed'l Gov't, relocated me to Houston, Texas. I was notified on May 25th. I notified BLA (2) days later. I filled out forms, etc. I never complained to MGMT. Upon closeout, after 4 years tenancy, I was given a nasty letter saying pay us in 1 week or we'll take you to court and/or put it on your Credit Report. I'm buying a house here! My credit is spotless. I was never late with rent!

I GUESS THE SMILES WERE JUST THERE TILL I LEFT. . . THEN IT'S GOOD RIDDANCE TO ME!!!
