While being a resident here for a year I welcome the changes. I move in my renovated apartment in March and I am very excited about it. Yes the rent is going up, but you get your monies worth considering what needed to be done and what they are doing. My rent is only going up $60. Management told me this will last til Oct. and all work will be done....this was great news because many renovations lasts for years!

There are some problems right now with some other residents who live here, they leave trash in parking lot and the buildings. Hopefully the higher rents will get rid of those people, and bring in nicer people who care about where they live.

Management is nice, maintenance is good for what they have to work with. Ive never waited more than a couple of days to get something fixed.

Overall I have enjoyed my stay here but you cant expect too much from a rental. New management intentions are good......guess I'll wait to see how it is next year.
