I have lived at Avalon Lakeside for two years now and would have to say that this place is very well organized, managed, and maintaned. I have been in the property management business for over 10 years and have lived on many properties. This property surpassed more then most! I have a spacious apartment that has been newly remodeled for a decent price. What more can you ask for in Dupage County' Parking is never a problem and my surrounding neighbors are very pleasent. Any community in this area makes residents responsible for all utilities, It is what it is. I would definately recommend not passing up looking at this community and making your own decision.
